Spicy Mayonnaise

Easy, quick,  made with 3 ingredients you have in your pantry: mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lemon juice, this condiment is ready in no time at all. I used Sriracha in this sauce because it has a sweet tangy flavor that my whole family loves. You will too!~  It's amazing with our Sushi Rolls.

You Will Need

1 Cup Real Mayonnaise

5 TBSP Sriracha

1 tsp Lemon Juice Be sure to use fresh if you can


Mix all ingredients together and chill in refrigerator. 
(It's that easy!~)


  • Switch up the spice! Use your favorite hot sauce.

  • Like it spicier? Add in more Sriracha!

  • Less spicy? Reduce the amount of Sriracha added to this spicy mayo recipe, and increase the amount of mayonnaise if needed.

Does spicy mayo go in the fridge?

Mayo has a shelf life of 6 months. Please be sure to check the expiration date. Once opened, please refrigerate after use. Your spicy mayo will last around 1-2 months!

What food goes well with spicy mayo?

What to Serve Spicy Mayo With? Spicy mayo works great on burgers, chicken sandwiches, with any Asian dishes or as a drizzle (think fried rice/noodles), or as a dipping sauce for fries, nuggets, and just about anything else! I love to use it for Sushi or Sushi bowls.
