Chinese Buffet Crab Casserole
You Will Need
1/2 pound imitation crab meat
1 medium onion sliced thin
1 package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups Fiesta Cheese (divided)
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp soy sauce
Pepper to taste

What is Imitation Crab Meat?
Crab sticks, crab sticks, imitation crab meat or seafood sticks are a type of seafood made of starch and finely pulverized white fish that has been shaped and cured to resemble the leg meat of snow crab or Japanese spider crab. It is a product that uses fish meat to imitate shellfish meat. Imitation crab is cooked, so it is usually safe for a pregnant woman to eat. 1. Cut crab meat into bite size pieces.
2. In a bowl add cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, sour cream, soy sauce, and pepper mix well.
3. Slice onion into thin slices
4 Add crab meat and onion to mixture and mix well
5. Place mixture into an 8x8 casserole dish (cover with aluminum foil)
6. Bake on 350 for 30 min
7. Remove foil and broil for 4 min (or until you like the color of the top)
