Copycat Waffle house
Cheese Eggs
You Will Need
2 Eggs
2 Slices Velveeta Cheese
2 TBSP Butter
salt & Pepper to taste

Directions
I worked at waffle house for years, and my favorite dish they had was cheese and eggs with raisin toast and grits! These eggs are it. I know we are just talking about eggs here, but these are out of this world good. I didn't have raisin toast on hand but English Muffins with butter and cream cheese are just as good. The key to these great tasting eggs, is scrambling them with a spoon, to prevent bruising the eggs. If you love Waffle House cheese eggs as much as I do. This is a must try recipe, and one to keep on hand.
Do you add milk
to scrambled eggs?
If you are in the habit of adding milk or cream while whisking eggs, Please don't, milk won't make eggs creamier, fluffier, or stretch the dish out. What the milk really does is dilute the flavor of the eggs, making them rubbery, colorless, eggs will turn out dry. By thinning out the eggs, it's easier to overcook them.
Select a non stick pan, and add 2 TBSP Butter, set on medium heat and wait till butter melts (then your pan will be hot enough)

Add 2 large eggs to a bowl and add salt and pepper (I used about 1/4 tsp of both)
