Cheesy, Creamy Penne

This easy to make Cheesy Penne is simply put. Divine! There is a creamy, cheesy Deliciousness in every bite. We served this with our Ranch BBQ Chicken and our Green Beans with a twist, and it felt like we were eating out, but at home! The whole dinner took about 30 min and that includes prep time. Enjoy!~

Turn your saute on, add 2 cups Cups Chicken Broth. (if your chicken broth is already de-thawed skip this step and just add chicken broth to instant pot) and melt chicken broth. Turn saute off.  Add water.

Add Penne Noodles to your Instant Pot.

Once your timer goes off, instant release. Open lid, and add Velveeta® mini block, Heavy Cream, Coby jack shredded cheese, salt, pepper. Mix well.

In another dish, mix melted butter with crushed Stove Top Stuffing and mix well.

In an 8x8 baking dish, add noodle mixture, top with cheese, and sprinkle stuffing mixture on top of the cheese evenly.

Bake at 350 for about 10 min (until cheese melts and stuffing is a light golden brown.

You Will Need

2 Cups Chicken Broth

1 Cup Water

2 Cups Penne Noodles

1 Velveeta Mini Block

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

1 Cup Colby Jack Cheese (divided)

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 Cup Stove Top Stuffing

2 TBSP Butter Melted
