Basic Turkey Hamburger Meat Loaf

I have to give total credit to my husband on this one, it's bad when your spouse makes a perfect meatloaf on the first try! This basic Turkey/Ground Beef meatloaf recipe is so good I just had to brag on him and share it. Weather, you are making meat loaf, meat loaf or just need a basic loaf that holds together well, and taste great, try this one, You will just love it! This meat loaf has very little oil/grease, and is perfect for dinner or a meat loaf sandwich!


You Will Need

1 Pound Turkey

1 Pound Hamburger

1 Can Tomato Paste

2 Lg Eggs

2 Packages Garlic Butter Ritz Crackers

1 TBSP Onion Powder

1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder 

1 Large Onion Diced

1 TBSP salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 Can diced tomatoes (drained)

1 Medium Onion (Diced)



Mix all ingredients together, place into meatloaf pan, Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour  Enjoy!~

Perfect Baked Potato

Place into ungreased meat loaf pan. Form a indention in the middle of your meatloaf to hold bbq sauce,  (Center down the length of your pan) 

Pour BBQ sauce down the center, (as much or as little as you'd like) Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until top is light brown in color. Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Bread or even our Parmesan corn.
