parmesan cheese Vegetable Casserole
This Vegetable Casserole (Corn, Broccoli, green bean, casserole is over the top. A great way to get picky eaters to fill up with great vegetables. Infused with Cream Cheese, parmesan Cheese, and cheddar cheese.
So Simple and easy!~
You Will Need:
3 TBSP Butter
1 Package Cream Cheese
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 12oz Bag Frozen Corn (or canned)
1 12 oz Bag Mixed Vegetables
(carrots, green beans, peas, corn)
1 Heaping Cup Broccoli Cut into Bite Sized Pieces
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Divided)

In a skillet melt cream cheese and butter over low heat. This will take about 5 minutes. It will look like the pic above until you whisk in the milk.
Whisk in milk until creamy and bubbly.
Whisk in Parmesan Cheese, Salt, Pepper, remove from heat and mix well.
Slowly add vegetables, and mix well. Add Cheddar Cheese and keep mixing, once it is all combined, Add to a 8x8 Casserole Dish, top with remaining cheese. Cover and Bake at 350 for 25 Minutes.
