The Ultimate Taco Soup
This soup cooks up fast and easy and has the ultimate flavor. We served this soup at the Salvation Army today in - degree weather, and "everyone" that tried it went on and on about how good it was and wanted the recipe. So here it is :) ENJOY!~
Can you freeze
Yes – To freeze this taco soup, store in airtight containers or freezer bags and store for up to 6 months. To cook, let the soup thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Reheat the soup over a low to medium heat, whisking frequently and stirring well, or in the microwave for 2 to 3 min. (until heated through, stir half way though heating.)
Start by turning your instant pot on saute, add 2 TBSP oil, Hamburger, diced Onion, garlic, and onion powder. Saute till onions are almost translucent. About 4 to 5 min. Making sure hamburger is pink and almost done. I cut my hamburger into larger bite size pieces.

Crock Pot Taco Soup Directions
On your stove top, add oil, hamburger, onions, garlic powder, onion powder. cook until hamburger is slightly pink, and onions are glossy (almost transparent) Drain and add to crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients to crock pot, cook on low for 2 hours, or high for 4 hours.
You Will Need
Turn your sauté~ off, Drain onions and hamburger and return to pot.
Add the rest of your ingredients with enough chicken broth to slightly cover ingredients. I used our Home Made Chicken Broth.
Turn your valve to sealing, Pressure Cook on High for 10 minutes. It won't start counting down the time until the pressure builds up which can take as long as 15 minutes.
Once your time is done, do a quick pressure release. Once pin drops, remove the lid
2 TBSP Oil
Chicken Broth (enough to cover)
2 Pounds Hamburger
2 medium Onions (Diced)
2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans (drained)
2 (16 oz.) cans light red Kidney Beans (drained)
2 Cans (15 oz.) Black Beans (drained)
2 Taco Seasoning Packets
2 Ranch Dressing Seasoning Packets
1 (15 oz.) tomato Sauce
1 Can Ro*tel Tomatoes (un-drained)
1 Can Hunts Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano (un-drained)
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp salt (or salt to taste)
Corn Chips or Frito's
Souper Cubes Extra-Large Silicone Freezing Tray with Lid - makes 4 perfect 1cup portions - freeze soup broth or sauce
