This recipe makes canned corn taste like it just came off a fresh cob of corn. It has beautiful presentation and wonderful cheesy crunch. Even the pickiest kids will devour this canned Parmesan corn. It's downright good

Instant Pot Parmesan Canned Corn
To your instant pot, add 1 can corn UN-drained. Add 4 TBSP butter, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp Pepper Place your lid on, make sure you are on sealing and not venting. Pressure cook ( or manual) for 2 minutes. (The corn will have a buttery look to it when it's done) Once done, add corn and juice to an 8x8 casserole dish, sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese on top, broil on high for about 5 min, until top is golden brown. Enjoy!~

1 Can Corn
4 TBSP Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
