Cheddar Cheese (about 1 cup)
Shredded lettuce
Taco Bells Mild Sauce
Sour Cream
Butter
First make Keto Taco Meat
Using a full handful of Cheddar cheese, place in a non stick skillet forming into a circle
Butter one side of a Mission Carb Balance Tortilla and lay over cheese (butter5 side up)
After about 40 seconds, Flip. You will have to go under the cheese in order for this to work. It's okay if the cheese gets crispy.

Use a handful of Keto Taco Meat placing it in a circle over cheese (about 1/2 cup)

Add Shredded lettuce and another 2 or 3 pinches of cheese

Gently fold one side over and let sit about a min in a half then placing your fingers on the top of the opening, place your spatula under the back of taco and flip. If the fillings fall out it's okay, don't panic. Simple scoop them back up, open the taco up and slide them back into your tortilla.
Let them get browned on both sides (continue to scoop filling back into the tortilla each time you flip.

Garnish with sour cream and Taco Bells mild, medium or hot sauce

What I love about this dish is just how much it tastes like actual tacos, they are crispy and loaded with flavor. People assume that just because it’s lower in carbs, it must sacrifice the flavor. This is not the case, They are one of my favorite Keto Meals. Serve it with extra guacamole and a hefty dose of salsa, and it's the most amazing comfort food ever.
