This ham, egg, and cheese casserole is simply delicious! It's fast, it's easy and everything you want in a homemade breakfast dish. You can also swap out the ham, for bacon, or sausage. Add vegetables etc. This is a hardy breakfast that will fill you up and it taste amazing too! Add in a white gravy for dipping sauce and you will become the chef of the year!~
You Will Need
4 Eggs
1/2 cup Farmland Diced Ham
1 can Biscuits (8 biscuits)
1/4 Cup Milk
1 cup cheese (divided)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 avocado sliced (optional)
Salsa (optional)
Directions
In a bowl whisk eggs, salt and pepper,

Add ham, 1/4 cup cheese salt and pepper (to taste) and whisk

Next, whisk in milk

As you can see, I didn't get real fancy, but place biscuits into a 8x8 metal Casserole dish. press flat, it's okay to leave small gaps.

Pour egg mixture on top, then add 1/4 cup ham and sprinkle evenly on the top, and 1/4 cup cheese.

Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Once out of the oven sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top (let melt) Slice into squares or sticks for dipping in gravy! YUM!!
