Add garlic and herb seasoning, rub into meat on both sides. In a small bowl add Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, Hickory Bacon Seasoning,  salt and pepper (mix well) Season both sides evenly with rub. Pat into meat.

Get your grill ready, make sure it's hot, and sear on both sides. (about 5 min on each side)

Then move to the top rack on your grill, ,and close lid. Let slow cook about 15 min to a nice medium rare. Cooking time depends on how rare or done you want your meat.

As a rule of thumb, or  to give you an idea:

(for a steak Just short of 7/8 Inch thick) – cook 2 minutes each side for rare, 3-4 mins each side for medium-rare and 4-6 mins each side for medium. For well done, cook for 2-4 minutes each side, then turn the heat down and cook for another 4-6 minutes.

Serve with our super easy but the bomb in taste! baked beans and our out of this world potato salad YUM!  Dont forget the cottage cheese! (Grin)
