Hidden Valley Ranch, Mashed Potatoes with Sour Cream
Mash potatoes are a great side dish, but adding Hidden Valley Ranch and Cream Cheese make these potatoes incredible. Perfect for Thanksgiving or just for a side dish. I am sure these will become one of your favorite ways to make them, it's one of ours. Fluffy and loaded with flavor.

Peel 10 potatoes
Place your potatoes in large saucepan; add enough water to cover. Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover loosely and boil gently for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes break apart easily when pierced with knife.

Once Potatoes are done, add the rest of your ingredients, mash with a potato masher until smooth, or desired consistency.
