Ranch, Bacon, Onion Loaded Mashed Potatoes
These are the best mashed potatoes, loaded with bacon, sauteed onion, ranch and cheese! and a rich mushroom gravy. You can't go wrong with these Southern loaded potatoes. Oh my lord~ are they good!
Start by peeling and dicing potatoes, add to your instant pot Add sliced onion on top, add 1 1/2 cup water. Place your lid on (making sure you are on sealing and not venting) and set timer for 12 minutes. (Instant Release)
Serve with our Pork Tenderloin with bacon and mushroom gravy!
Fry bacon, you can do this in another instant pot on saute, or on the stove top. Cut into bite sized pieces.
Drain water from potatoes and onions, and move to a bowl, add Ranch seasoning, sour cream, butter, and diced cooked bacon. (add enough heavy cream for desired thickness) Mix well. Salt and Pepper to taste.
You Will Need
10 Large Potatoes
1/2 Stick Butter
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 TBSP Ranch Seasoning
1 Medium Onion (sliced)
Note: Add heavy cream enough for desired thickness. Salt and Pepper to taste.
