You Will Need

3 cups sliced strawberries
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
4 TBSP Starch
4 TBSP Water

Directions
1. Slice strawberries
2. Add Sugar and Lemon Juice and mix well.
3. Let Mixture sit on your counter top for at least 15 to 20 min (until juices release)
4. Transfer to a pot and let cook on medium low stirring frequently.
5. When strawberries start to soften and the liquid is clear (all sugar has dissolved)
6. Mix Corn Starch and water in a small bowl, and pour into the sauce. A little at a time till you get the thickness you want. I used all 4 TBSP.
