So what is Italian seasoning made of? Italian seasoning is a delicious mixture of different spices, which are used for Italian dishes, including sauces, meatballs, lasagna recipes, and more. A typical blend would include dried basil, dried marjoram, dried oregano and dried sage.

Zesty Italian Seasoning

10 TB Garlic Powder
-
10 TB Onion Powder
-
10 TB Sugar
-
20 ts oregano
-
10 ts Black Pepper
-
10 ts Basil
-
10 TS Parsley
-
20 TS Salt
-
2 1/2 ts Thyme
-
2 1/2 ts Celery Salt

Regular Italian Seasoning
-
2 TBSP dried basil
-
2 TBSP dried oregano
-
2 TBSP dried thyme
-
2 TBSP dried marjoram
-
4 tsp dried sage
-
2 TBSP dried rosemary (Crushed)
Add all ingredients to a zip lock bag, shake well. Use as you would any other Italian Seasoning.
1. Mix all ingredients into a 5-gallon zip lock bag, (mix well)
2. Store in a quart size mason jar. (or an airtight container. Zesty Italian Seasoning can be used for Chicken, Beef, Pork and even make the most delicious French Fries!
