This easy Chicken Stir-Fry lo mein recipe is loaded with fresh veggies and has the most delicious sauce made with TSO, soy sauce, and ground ginger! This healthy recipe will wow your family with it’s amazing flavor! Serve over Beef Top Ramen for the ultimate Chinese dish! Makes sure to try my Stir-Fry Broccoli and our  Pork Belly/Salt Pork Stir-fry too!

You Will Need

1 Zuchini Cubed

1 Yellow Squash Cubed

1 Medium Onion Sliced

2 Cups Brocccoli

1 Red Bell Pepper Cubed

1 Cup Sugar Snap Peas

1 1/2 Cup General TSO Sauce

1 tsp Ground Ginger

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

3lbs Boneless Chicken Thighs

1 Package Beef Top Ramen Per Person

Start by cutting your Chicken thighs into 1 inch Strips, Add to mixing bowl with 1 cup TSO, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper Maranate for 1/2 hour.

TSO Chicken Stir-Fry with Top Ramen

 Cut and cube vegetables and add to a skillet with 3tbs olive oil, 1 tsp ground ginger, salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 TBSP of Soy Sauce when vegetables are half way cooked.

Drain your Chicken and add in a medium skillet. Cook the chicken until fully cooked. Drain your Vegetables. Add your chicken to your pan of vegetables and add remainder 1/2 cup of TSO
