Poor Boy's Steaks In the smoker

on the grill or On stove top

These steaks are out of this world, who needs Ribeyes or T-bones when you can make incredible steak on your own for half the price. Let's face it, meat prices aren't going down anytime in the near future, and when you can make steak this good out of a chuck roast, you not only save a ton of money, but you can put an incredible meal on the table without breaking the bank. I paired up my Potato Salad recipe with this one and my Parmesan Corn On The Cob.  Oh my~

  • 2 TBS Pit Boss Hickory Bacon Seasoning (divided)

They should look like this when cut (4 steaks)

We seasoned all 4 and froze 2. So the seasoning is for all 4.

Place 1 TBS of our Garlic Butter on top of each steak, Place into an 8 by 8 baking pan, make sure your smoker pan is full of water to keep the meat hydrated while smoking. Place into your smoker (Or on top of grill or oven) We smoked ours for 30 min (not turning at all)
