Start by opening Biscuits and cutting them in half

Cut Cheese into 4 equal pieces.

Bring side of biscuit together and pinch closed, forming a round circle.

Roll into a uniform log, I used a measuring spoon handle to cut even slices as shown. Mix 1 stick melted butter with 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Salt, evenly brush biscuits, and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Note: At this point you can use them as stuffed bread bites also.

While your biscuits are cooking, to a sauce pan add 3/4 Jar Prego Traditional Italian Sauce, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix well and bring to a boil then set aside.

When Biscuits are done, cover with Sauce, Add Fiesta (or Coby Jack) Cheese and Parmesan, top each biscuit with 1 pepperoni, transfer back to the oven and boil 8 to 10 minutes.

After Broiling for 8 to 10 min. Simply Delish!~ Serve with a salad and dinner is done.
