Stuffed Pizza Bombs

Super Fast and Easy Pizza Bombs! Kids will love these, and you can add your own toppings, Simply by sauteing them before hand and popping them back in the oven. Loaded with String Cheese, you can't go wrong. Add a salad and supper is complete, but wait there is more you can do with these!~

You Will Need:

3/4 Jar Prego Tradition Sauce  45oz
Grands Biscuits (Buttermilk)
String Cheese (4 Sticks) 
Pepperoni (we used thick cut)

1 to 2 cups Fiesta or Coby Jack Cheese

1/4 to 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
1 Stick Butter
2 tsp Italian Seasoning (divided)
2 tsp Onion Powder (divided)
2 tsp Garlic Salt (divided)

Additional Toppings

 

  • Sausage crumbled and Cooked 
    Sauteed Green Pepper and Onions

    Diced Canadian Bacon

    Pineapple Tidbits
    Bacon Pieces

Start by opening Biscuits and cutting them in half

Cut Cheese into 4 equal pieces.

Bring side of biscuit together and pinch closed, forming a round circle.

Roll into a uniform log, I used a measuring spoon handle to cut even slices as shown. Mix 1 stick melted butter with 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Salt, evenly brush biscuits, and bake at 350 for 25 minutes

 

Note: At this point you can use them as stuffed bread bites also.

While your biscuits are cooking, to a sauce pan add 3/4 Jar Prego Traditional Italian Sauce, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning and 1/4 tsp pepper. Mix well and bring to a boil then set aside.

When Biscuits are done, cover with Sauce, Add Fiesta (or Coby Jack) Cheese and Parmesan, top each biscuit with 1 pepperoni, transfer back to the oven and boil 8 to 10 minutes.

After Broiling for 8 to 10 min.  Simply Delish!~ Serve with a salad and dinner is done.
