Mexican Taco Macaroni and Cheese
You Will Need
1 Pound Hamburger
1 med/lg Onion (diced)
5 cups water (divided)
1 1/2 Cup Macaroni Noodles
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream
Lettuce
Corn
Salsa

This is an amazing one pot
meal using your instant pot. Fast and easy to get on the Table when your in a rush, but still want something that taste amazing!
Start by adding frozen hamburger to your instant pot with 1 cup water. Set your timer for 15 minutes high pressure with an instant release. (drain)
Dice Onion, Add salt and pepper, cook until onions are barely cooked through. 1 to 2 minutes.

Add Macaroni and 4 cups water, select high pressure for 10 minutes with an instant release. (drain)
Add 1 Packet Taco Seasoning, and 2 cups cheddar cheese and mix well. Add to bowls and top with cheese and a dollop of sour cream... Enjoy!~
