This Hill Shire farm little smokes macaroni and cheese is the bomb! It's so easy to make and makes GREAT lunches for family. Totally kid friendly. So creamy and cheesy. What's not to love? The way this is done is the macaroni soaks in the flavor of the little smokies and oh my gosh it is so good! It's yummy, quick, and doesn't dirty up a bunch of dishes!

Add Elbow Macaroni and little smokies to your instant pot, add water. Place your lid on, make sure you are on sealing and not venting, select pressure cook or manual for 12 min high pressure. When done do an instant release.

Add mini block Velveeta Cheese, and fiesta cheese, mix well until cheese is melted. Add heavy cream , salt and pepper and mix well. Enjoy!

You Will Need

  • 3 Cups Elbow Macaroni 

  • 1 28 oz Package Hill Shire farm Little Smokies

  • 4 Cups Water

  • 1 mini block Velveeta Cheese
    (or 4 oz Velveeta)

  • 1 1/2 Cup Fiesta Shredded Cheese

  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Notes:  Salt and pepper to taste

Lil Smokies Stove Top Directions

  • To a large pot on the stove, add macaroni, water and little smokies, (cook according to box instructions for macaroni, When noodles are done, drain.

  • Add the rest of your ingredients, mix well and enjoy!~
