Cast Iron Kielbasa Stir Fry
You Will Need:
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 cup chopped Broccoli
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 kielbasa sliced thin
1/4 Cup Water or Chicken Broth
Salt & Pepper to taste

Not sure what to make for dinner? This kielbasa vegetable stir-fry is a comforting and delicious way to end your day. This is one of those easy, quick dinners to get on the table fast. Great to serve by itself or with rice or pasta. You can also add 1 medium sweet onion to this recipe, add it all to a sheet pan or cast iron pan, and bake in the oven at 350 until roasted. Yum~ This recipe is healthy and delicious! The best of both worlds.
Although I prefer Beef kielbasa, you can also make this recipe using chicken kielbasa. and Turkey kielbasa All are great. In fact you can mix it up, Use some of each to get a great tasting dish your whole family will love. Kielbasa is great also with fried potatoes and onions. YUM~!

Directions

Add oil to your pan and let it get hot

Add your vegetables and Kielbasa (brown slightly)

Add water or chicken broth and place a lid on your pan, once done, (remove lid) increase heat until all fluids evaporate.

Salt and pepper to taste
