French Dip Sliders

Easy French Dip Sliders are great for picnics, parties & tailgating fun, Simple to make, homemade au jus for dipping roast beef and onion sliders. The mini sliders are prefect size for dipping and you won't believe how incredible these really are and adorably small (Great for kids!). Tender beef with a rich savory beef broth. These were so good we had them for breakfast! Top with Swiss cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, or provolone.

To your instant pot add Beef Broth, onion soup mix, Au jus Seasoning, Garlic Powder, onion powder, salt and roast, make sure you are on sealing and not venting, press manual for 60 min high pressure Durring this time you'll want to make your mini sliders as pictured. You can use store bought, but these are out of this world and are great size for potlucks, parties, or movie night just pop a tooth pick in each one and serve! As you can see I made a plate full. Here is the mini slider recipe. You can make these while you wait.

When timer goes off (natural release) I always just unplug mine and let the pin go down on it's own. Take beef out and shred (add back to juice) at this point it will shred, it won't be as tender yet, but that's coming. Slice onion and place back into your instant pot along with shredded beef.  Place your lid back on, and set timer for 45 min with an instant release.

Finish shredding beef in your instant pot. Set a small bowl out for you to eat right away (trust me  you'll want to LOL!) Separate beef to one bowl and juice to another. You can strain your juice (so it's clear) but I didn't.. YUM!

Serve hot, and enjoy these mini sliders with family and friends! They are the bomb!  Enjoy~
