Easy Cranberry Sauce
You Will Need
For The Pie Crust
1- 12 oz. Bag Cranberries
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cinnamon Stick
Have you ever tasted real Cranberry Sauce? No, not the store brand cans of Cranberry Sauce but the real, from scratch, cranberry sauce. If you haven't, (or even if you have.) you just have to try this recipe. It's great hot or chilled. You can make the night before and chill over night, or make the day of Thanksgiving, or Christmas, and have a hot treat ready in 7 minutes total time. Great and quick for Potlucks, or family get togethers. It's the perfect combination of tart and sweet.
Note: Cranberry sauce or cranberry jam is a sauce or relish made out of cranberries, commonly served as a side dish with Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinners.
1. Add Cranberries to your instant pot.
2. Add Sugar
3. Add Orange Juice
4. Add Cinnamon Stick
5. Place your lid on
6. make sure you are on sealing and not venting.
7. Select Pressure cook and set timer to 2 minutes.
8. When Timer goes off, wait 5 minutes then instant release.
