Cranberry sauce not only adds a burst of color to the dinner table but also provides a delightful balance of flavors that complements the richness of roasted meats. It has become an essential part of festive meals, and many families have their own cherished recipes passed down through generations.

Texture: Once the cranberries have softened and the mixture has thickened, the sauce is typically removed from the heat. Some people prefer a chunky cranberry sauce with whole berries, while others prefer a smoother consistency obtained by mashing the berries or blending the sauce.
