Corn Beef and Cabbage
This corn beef and cabbage is made with bacon, and is out of this world good! It may be the most famous dish to eat on St. Patrick's Day, but this Irish-American corned beef recipe is a favorite at our table all year long. I don't use the seasoning packet that comes with corn beef because biting down on hard round pepper with tender meat is not my ideal meal LOL. Make it in the crock pot or instant pot, we have directions for both Enjoy!~

Add Chicken Broth to your instant pot. Mine was frozen so I put my instant pot on saute until melted.
Add Corn Beef, bacon, minced garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Place your lid on, make sure you are on sealing and not venting. Select (manual or pressure cook) for 90 min.

When your timer goes off, wait till your pressure valve goes down, and do an instant release. Move Corn beef to a plate and slice (it will be really tender) Leave your bacon in the juices and cut up into small pieces. Cover corn beef and let rest 10 min while your vegetables cook.

Quarter Cabbage, Chop Red Potatoes, measure carrots and quarter onion, add all to your instant pot with juice. Place your lid on, set timer for 10 min, wtih an instant release

Move your beef over to a serving platter, (the center) and placed your vegetables around it and as always Enjoy!~
