There are so many varieties. So many in fact, that there are restaurants who specialize in Chicken Wings. Using my Instant Pot Pressure Cooker for wings is great, as I can have the wings on the table in less than 30 minutes, these wings are sticky, sweet and have a hickory taste. Give this one a try, they are so good! Do you remember those bbq's as a kid? Someone always brought chicken wings to go with hamburgers and hot dogs, potato salad and baked beans. My dad would take us out for holidays and we always had bbq. Although he always made his with beer. These come out similar, great taste with sticky goodness! You can't pass on, get the napkins and ranch dressing out my friend, because they are so tender and juicy and broiled to perfection!​

Yes of course! Heat to 350-375 degrees. Add your wings to the oil. Aim to maintain oil temperature close to 350-375. Fry wings for 8 mins at 350-375 and remove. Heat BBQ Sauce on Stove Top and dip each wing into sauce Serve hot and enjoy.

What Sides Go with Chicken Wings?

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees 

  • Season the chicken wings on both sides with Olive Oil, Garlic Salt, Onion Powder, Pepper

  • Set wings in a single layer in a  baking pan. Use two pans if you have to.

  • Bake the chicken wings, turning once, until browned, about 45 minutes.

  • Remove the wings from the oven.

  • Pour off all the fat from the pan. If necessary, blot the wings with paper towels.

  • Return the wings to the pan.

  • Pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken wings and return to the oven.

  • Broil 3 to 4 min depending on how dark you like them.

  • Turn the wings over and broil same time

  • Heat BBQ sauce on the stove and dip each wing into hot sauce. 

  • Serve hot, at room temperature, or cold.

  • After your Pressure Cooker naturally, releases, take the chicken out of the pot and coat each piece with BBQ sauce mixture. 

  • Spray cookie sheet lay wings to where each piece will broil evenly. 

  • Broil 3 TO 5 min (I did mine on 5 for the darker Crisp)

    NOTE: I always use my steam diverter to save my cabinets, it easily slips on and off for easy use.
