Cheesy Chicken And Macaroni with Vegetables

This Chicken with Cheese, and Vegetables makes dinner fast and incredible. Loaded with Broccoli, corn, carrots and more you won't be disappointed. You can use canned vegetables, or frozen. Give this one a try, you will make it again and again. I know I will!~


What can you serve with this Cheesy Chicken goodness?

Side Salad

Garlic Bread

You Will Need:

4 Lg. Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 8oz Can Mushrooms Stems and Pieces

3 Cups Macaroni Noodles
2 10.5 Cans Cream of Chicken
1/2 Can Water (use cream of chicken cans)
1 TBSP Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 TBSP Salt
1 Package frozen Broccoli
Add 1 Can of Mixed Vegetables
1 Can Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Cheese 


To your instant pot add:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Macaroni Noodles
Cream of Chicken
Water (use cream of chicken cans)
1 TBSP Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Pepper

1 TBSP Salt

1 TBSP Onion Powder

Turn Valve to sealing, and press pressure cook (45 min) When timer goes off, instant release Open lid (after pressure has released) and Add 3 Cups Macaroni, frozen Broccoli, mushroom stems and pieces, and canned mixed vegetables Return lid (Don't forget to turn back to sealing)  press pressure cook for 10 minutes. Instant Release. Remove pot from Instant pot, and add  Cheese. Layer in a serving dish, Macaroni with chicken on top. Top with Shredded Cheese and ENJOY! Garnish  with parsley if desired.
