Chicken Parmesan

You Will Need

4 Chicken Thighs Bone-In

2 Eggs

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Italian Herb Squeezable Kind (or Italian seasoning)

1/2 tsp Basil (squeeze tube) or Dry basil

1/4 tsp Salt

1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

ya'll I have to say this is the best chicken I have ever made/had. It came out so juicy and tender with the perfect cheesy crunch. Even my husband just kept saying "wow." If you have ever had a moment in your life, where you said "wow I created that!" this was mine.  Even picky kids will love this one! it's just that good! You will want to make this again and again. I know this is on my weekly menu list, and hopefully yours too!


  • In a mixing bowl add eggs, pepper, Italian Herb, Basil, and salt. Mix well.

  • Put 1/4 cup of cheese on another plate (or dish) and dip chicken thigh into the egg mixture

  • Then cheese (coat well and pat cheese on top of chicken)

  • Repeat with all four chicken thighs.

  • Place chicken into a cast-iron skillet or deep metal baking dish and cover with foil,

  • Bake at 350 for 45 min. 12 min before it is done, remove foil,

  • Then seriously devour!
